FloorAdda is a platform. Property owners, brokers, builders, tenants, and buyers use our tools to discover and contact each other. FloorAdda Technologies Pvt Ltd does not list properties on its own behalf and is not responsible for completing any sale, purchase, or rent agreement between users.
Who may list
- Owners & authorised representatives with legal right to offer the property.
- Licensed brokers / channel partners where required by state law — you must hold valid registration and disclose agency status in the listing.
- Builders & developers for their own projects with accurate RERA references where applicable.
- Society / MC-published listings only for units the society is authorised to market (e.g. resale by resident consent).
Prohibited content
- Fake, duplicate, or bait listings; wrong BHK, area, or price.
- Discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, dietary preference, or family status.
- Requests for upfront platform fees to “unlock” a listing (we never ask for this).
- Illegal subletting, unapproved commercial use in residential zones, or misrepresented ownership.
- Harassment, spam, or scraping of user contact data.
Leads & communication
When you enquire on a listing, your contact details are shared with the poster so they can respond. FloorAdda does not guarantee response time, deal closure, or suitability of the counterparty. Meet in safe locations, verify documents, and use registered agreements before transferring money.
Services we facilitate (not perform)
Rent agreements, home loans, valuations, packers, and similar offerings may be provided by third parties or generated as drafts. FloorAdda facilitates access; the service provider’s terms apply. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Listing photos
Photos on buy, rent, and sale listings are screened automatically and verified by our team before they are visible to the public. Nudity, unrelated, or misleading images are blocked and may result in account action.
Enforcement
We may warn, hide, or remove listings; suspend accounts; and cooperate with law enforcement. Repeat violators are permanently banned. Report issues via Report a problem or support@flooradda.com.
